To find individual caregivers for in-home care, you can ask at your local support group meeting, in community groups you are part of, or on social media sites such as NextDoor.
Here’s a short list of individual caregivers that local support group members have recommended over the last couple of years. This list includes people who may provide referrals to others. Proceed with caution as these people don’t likely have workers comp insurance, aren’t bonded, and haven’t had background checks run.
