This upcoming event is for caregivers, partners, and family members who care for those with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), multiple system atrophy (MSA), or corticobasal degeneration (CBD). (CBD is also referred to as corticobasal syndrome, or CBS.)
Speakers include a Stanford movement disorder specialist on the topic of what caregivers can do for these three atypical parkinsonism disorders; social workers on the effects neurological decline has on the family unit, caregiver stress, and resources; and a panel of Brain Support Network PSP, MSA, and CBD caregiver support group members.
This will be a hybrid event – virtual and in-person on Stanford campus. The event will run from 10am to 3pm PT on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
Registration will open by May 1, 2025! Be sure you are on the email list to receive info as to when registration opens.
The co-hosts—Brain Support Network and Stanford's Movement Disorders Center—thank the generosity of our sponsor CurePSP.

SYMPOSIUM EVALUATION
Whether you attended the symposium live or are watching the recordings later, please share feedback through this very short survey.
THANK YOU!
If you attended on June 29, 2024, THANK YOU. We know it's not easy to dedicate several hours to education -- whether you are a person with PSP, CBD/CBS, or a caregiver. And thanks to those who submitted questions and completed a survey, giving us your feedback.
For the in-person event at Stanford, we thank those who volunteered their time to make the symposium successful -- members of the Brain Support Network community, Stanford Neurology staff, UCSF Neurology staff, and other volunteers. And we thank our exhibitors (Acadia Pharmaceuticals and Tobii Dynavox), on-site at Stanford.
